Delivery Details

We are proud to offer our own secure, efficient in-house two-man delivery service to ensure that your goods are delivered in perfect condition, and in a timely manner. We are able to deliver any order for kitchens, cabinetry or frontals within 20 working days from point of confirmed order (UK Mainland). Our cabinetry is provided fully pre-assembled. Following purchase, you will be contacted by our staff to confirm delivery arrangements.

We are happy to deliver your kitchen at a date that is convenient for you, but please be aware that delivery of your kitchen order must be made within 8 weeks of your order being placed - or storage charges may apply.

Delivery options

Our own in-house, two-man delivery service covers the vast majority of deliveries (available delivery days in your region will be specified after entering your postcode at the online checkout). Customers utilising this service will be given a two-hour timeslot on the day of their choice, and will receive a courtesy call thirty minutes prior to arrival (approximately).

Please note: the courier most suitable for your order will be determined by us, as per our delivery terms and conditions (courier suitability depends on a range of factors including the size and weight of your order). In a few cases our premium two-man service may not be recommended; depending on the lead-time and size of order, where an external courier service may be more suitable. Some areas of the UK (including but not limited to the Scottish Highlands and offshore islands) may incur additional delivery charges. Our staff will call to discuss delivery once your order is ready for despatch, and will be happy to talk through all available options with you.

Receipt of the goods

If you are receiving your items via our recommended in-house two-man delivery service, we will deliver the order to the ground floor room of your choosing. Please note that we cannot carry goods up and down stairs, though, and that the 'route' must be free of obstruction. As our cabinetry is supplied pre-assembled, please ensure that access to the chosen room is clear, otherwise our delivery team may have to leave the cabinets at the nearest accessible point instead. Due to the bulky size of pre-built cabinets, we suggest removing mirrors, pictures and other valuable furniture or decorations from the intended route of access to reduce the chances of any damage.

Checking the goods

Please ensure that goods are checked upon receipt, before the delivery document is signed. If for any unforeseen reason the packaging appears to be damaged, or not perfectly intact, please ensure that the goods are signed for as "damaged", and if necessary, a damage report is filled out with the driver. If someone is signing for the items on your behalf, please ensure that they are aware of this information. Please inform us of any damage within 24 hours of receipt via email. Failure to comply with this may result in a void claim. Please do not sign for the goods as "clear", "unchecked" or "received in good condition" unless you are certain of the condition of the items. Please double check after delivery that you have received all items ordered; we must be informed of any shortfall via email within two working days of receipt to prevent a void claim.

The delivery cost is dependent on the size of the order, and will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process. The delivery price starts at £10 for small orders, for which there is a choice of delivery services available. Our example delivery prices are based on average order costs for delivery to the majority of England and Wales. Certain areas - such as the Highlands and offshore islands - may incur an additional surcharge. In the unlikely event that the order is subject to surcharge, we will contact you (prior to despatch) to inform you of this.
