Why Farrow & Ball Paints are perfect for Oak Kitchens
When we first planned to introduce painted doors at Solid Wood Kitchen Cabinets, we knew we were looking for a supplier that could provide us with paint to complement the excellent finish of our solid oak cabinetry, as well as one that would be able to offer a tasteful selection of colours to accentuate a variety of designs – either contemporary or traditional oak kitchens.
We found that right combination in Farrow & Ball, the Dorset-based paint specialists. Their reputation for creating unrivalled paint colours using fine ingredients and traditional methods have stood the test of time, and they now have a huge following with showrooms around the world.
Their paints are made entirely of natural materials and are water based rather than acrylic (like most paints), so not only are they kind to the environment and in keeping with our own eco-friendly credentials, but the delicacy of the paint means it brings out the beautiful natural grain of oak rather than masking it.
Our signature range is made up of four different shades of Farrow & Ball’s paints, chosen to complement real wood kitchens and the most popular interior colours. These colours have proved to be by far the most popular colours in Farrow & Ball’s collection, and includes New White, All White, Mizzle and Parma Grey.
As well as our hand-picked signature selection of Farrow & Balls paints, we also offer a bespoke service where we are able to paint your doors in any colour of your choosing from their palette of 132 different colours.
Whichever colour you choose to enhance your kitchen, the flawless finish is sure to impress. The combination of the finest paints available and our solid oak kitchen doors will create a kitchen you’ll be proud of for years of for years to come.
