This slimline kitchen wall shelf is carefully prepared by our team of timber experts, and is assembled from a series of 40mm-wide solid oak staves. Each of these staves is finger-jointed, and glued together under high pressure, creating a strong bond. Then, the shelves are sanded to a smooth, 150 grit finish, and three coats of wood oil are applied; this helps protect the wood against changes in its environment and conserves the natural beauty of the grain.

With warm colouration and a traditional grain, oak is a popular choice for wooden kitchen furniture. Measuring 1200mm X 200mm X 18mm, we recommend the use of at least three brackets to support this shelf.
