Iroko Wood worktops
Iroko worktops are made from African timber which starts with a delicate, light hue that darkens significantly when oiled and will develop over time to a rich bronze colour. This sophisticated colouring makes a beautiful centrepiece in any kitchen. Featuring an unusual spotted grain pattern with occasional linear markings, Iroko has a naturally high oil content making it exceptionally hardwearing and hygienic.

All of our wooden worktops are delivered with square edges that are sanded to the same grit as the top surface. This is 120 grit for standard worktops and 180 grit for pre-oiled worktops. You can choose from a wide range of edge profiles when customising your worktops via our worktop customisation tool.
Our comprehensive Wooden Worktop Cutting Service allows you to customise your worktops so they arrive factory-finished and ready to fit, saving you time and money altering your surfaces after delivery. Your solid wood worktops will require an initial oiling and regular maintenance oiling in line with our oiling guidelines. Ensure surfaces are kept clean and dry, and avoid cutting or placing hot pans directly onto the worktop. Read our comprehensive guide to wooden worktop maintenance to find out more.
Our Two Person Home Delivery Service will deliver to a ground floor room of your choice with clear access on a day that's convenient for you. Costs start from £29.50 for one worktop plus £15 for each additional worktop (charges capped at 3 worktops) - order before 12 noon for next-day delivery. If your items do not arrive as expected, please notify us within 2 calendar days of delivery so we can arrange repair or replacement. Should you change your mind once you have received your goods, please inform us within 14 calendar days of delivery - find out more on our returns information page.
